I am the MOH.... it's at her fh's house at 4 pm today. It might be outside.

I agree. A dress, a skirt and top, or nice pants and a top. Maybe even a sweater. It's a little chilly outside today.

Either a skirt or pants with a top. I'd try to do layers in case it is outside and if it is inside you'd still be prepared
