does the bride walk on while walking down the aisle? Left of person giving her away or right? I think left I was told that is where bride family sits so that is what side she would walk on. Im not sure Im a little vain will the other side be able to see me

bride is on the left walking up the aisle, while standing saying vows, and when you do the walk back down after being pronounced man and wife...its a pretty cool tradition...brides were kept on the left side of the groom so that he could protect her just in case someone wanted to take her because when swords were used most used their right hand
