My cake is a 5 tier square cake with the top layer being about 4 inches tall and 6 inches wide. I want to order a plain letter on ebay and decorate it with crystals. Anyone know about what size I should get? 4' or 5' sound good? I found a 7' and I think that will be wayyyyy too big.

I think the avg was about 4 - 5, I'd go with a 5'...

i dont know if this will help but i had a 5 tier square cake and a 6' L x 3'W x4.5'H cake topper up top. you can see if you'd like it bigger or smaller.

Thanks. I just ordered a 4.5 inch 'B' on ebay. Now that I am thinking about it, i may only have a 4 tier cake - for 150 people 4 sounds about right.
