What size crystal letter cake topper do I get?

What size crystal letter cake topper do I get?

I want to order a crystal intial cake topper. I have no idea what size letter to order
I don't think my cake will be very big. I plan to have about 60-70 guests...I also hear that Leonard's cakes run a little on the small side. What do you ladies recommend??? Thanks!!

i would go with the smaller size b/c you dont want it standing out way too much.

where do you plan on ordering from? I am interested in getting one for my cake too.

I dont know how big my cake will be but I ordered one large letter (4.5') and two small letters (2.75').

Ebay has alot of them (and cheaper than most websites). Sellers name that I purchase from is bella-tiara.

Honestly this all depends on your cake - Don't order it until you have spoken to who is making it!

They would have a better Idea so your cake won't look off balance one way or another.

Here is two pix of mine you can get an idea on proportions. The square cake is a bit smaller.
But both Letters are 5' the heart is 4'

It goes by the size of the top layer of your cake.

Our top layer was 8' square. I went with a 5.5' cake topper and it was perfect.

Thanks girls!! I think I'm going to get a 5' topper but I'm going to check out my cake at Leonard's first. I'm going to a Leonard's showcase on the 24th.
