I think im doing 'isnt she lovely' b/c its a little upbeat ... and all the slow songs make me cry ....
FH has no idea what he is dancing with his mom too....I think its going to be an Italian song...

I'm dancing with my dad to 'You are the Sunshine of my Life' - it was my parents wedding song, and I thought it would be really nice. Not sure what FH is dancing to with his mom.

I'm dancing w/ my dad to 'You Raise Me Up'. We're gonna be so sappy dancing to it, but we're just like that. FH has no clue what to dance to w/ his mother. I'll probably end up picking that out for them!

I just decided this week that I want 'It's Your Song' by Garth Brooks for my dance w/ my dad... kinda obscure, but I love it and when I listened to it the other day I pictured my dad and I dancing to it and started to tear up!!

My dad and I are doing I CANT HELP FALLING IN LOVE WITH YOU by Elvis. he used to sing it to me when I was little.
i love ISNT SHE LOVELY! great choice i dont think its too upbeat! if youre worried on how to dance to it go to dance lessons with your dad and a copy of the song and a professional will show you which dance goes with the beat

My grandpa and I are going to dance the lindy b/c he is walking me down the aisle and he has been more than a father to me than my dad. We are going to start off to a slow song and then he is going to go talk to the DJ and come back to me and they are going to play the lindy song (no idea what it is, lol). he taught me how when i was little and always said he wanted to dance with me to it on my wedding day.

I am dancing with my Dad to Eric Claptons 'Wonderful Tonight' and its a very meaninful song to us. It was my dad's last words to my mom before she passed away. I'm not sure how I'll hold up when we dance to it, but I couldn't imagine a more appropriate song.

I think we are going to do the mother/son and fatther/daughter dance at same time and using Andrea Bocelli & Celine Dion The Prayer. Even though I hate Celine, I love that song. But, I really love the song My Little Girl by Tim McGraw for a fatther/daughter dance.

omg that is so touching!! wow i'm sure there won't be a dry eye in the house that nite. but that is really nice to have a song that means something.
my friend's dad died 4 mos. before her wedding--so her and her mom danced to 'Dance with my father' by luther vandross--i swear i've never cried so hard!!!!

i think that's by glenn miller band right? my sister and i always dance to that at weddings - i love it!
