'Now We Are Free' by Enya. It's the theme song from Gladiator and we had to hire a band that could get a Celtic female singer. We both love movie soundtracks and wanted unique music. We don't know what the hell she is singing but it's sounds so beautiful.

my bridal party is walking to the 'rock'' version of canon in d... im walkign to a) ecstasy of gold or b) altan-the wedding jig (depending on what im using for reception entrence was going to use ecstasy of gold (aka opie/anthony opening music..might go with insane clown posse oddities for the recept. entrerence now )

Not sure...I will completely depend on if I am using a DJ or String Duo for the ceremony/cocktail music.
Fh and I are getting married in Vegas and they use a DJ for the whole thing sometimes (we are having ceremony & recept. at the 4 seasons).
If I use a DJ, maybe 'love you to death' by Type O Negative...or some other rock ballad.
If not and I go w/ Strings...I am really not sure yet.
I am very (non-traditional and so is FH) we are bigtime rock/metal heads!

Haven't worked out all the details but I think I might end up with:
Bridesmaids processional to Canon in D My entrance to the traditional Wedding March - that way I get both since I LOVE Canon in D but always envisioned hearing the wedding march.

They have the Christmas Canon which is Canon D but a little different.... So I am doing that !!!

nice thread... my bp is walking into dmb # 34 I am walking into the the wedding march by lohengrin... (it's super better than the original cause there are sick trumpets in it too)
and we are leaving to either trumpet voluntary or water music by handel ...

I'm not sure about the BP yet, but I want to walk to 'All you need is love' by the Beatles. I love the trumpet opening for the song.
