What special or unique touches do you have planned for the wedding?
I'm trying to think of some and appreciate any ideas!!!

I made my own menus, ordered personalized napkins, personalized cholcolates and bought bell confetti and had all these added to my tables for a little something extra. I didn't actually get to get a good look at how they looked, but I heard that they were so nice and that the little personalized stuff made it extra cute.

i had custom menus made, we also had personalized cocktail napkins and guest towels made for the bathrooms...i made bathroom baskets, i had a candy bar which included large butter cookies with our monogram...i had table #s made that matched the cover of our church programs...

I made my own programs that are gold and interesting looking... photo will come soon... I also made my own invitations.... I think just having some DIY projects adds a really special/unique touch... and it makes you feel good because you actually created something for your own wedding.

DH and I are both actors. We wanted to incorporate our love of theatre into our wedding. We decided to have our RD invites made to look like theatre tickets. People were instructed to send back the ticket stubs as their RSVP. We named our tables after shows that we had each been in since we started dating. We did our programs in the style of Playbills complete with Headshots and Bios of the bridal party and our parents. We also incorporated our love of NYC with having our favors be a NY tradition , Black and White cookies.
I just think it is fun to infuse whop you are a individuals and as a couple into your wedding. Let's face it, weddings are all basically the same in format. It is what you and your FH bring to it that makes it your's. Have fun!!!

personalized napkins, i think the we do letters are different since i have never seen them at a wedding, so those... having a partial bilingual mass ,mother/daughter dance i have never seen (along with father daughter dance), i am sure there are others that i cant think of
