I don't take any! I know that is bad and I want to start - what do you girls take?

My sister just started taking some - but they are TrimSpa - so I don't think they count

It couldn't hurt, especially if you don't eat what you should. I know I definitely don't. I take a Calcium and a Multi-vitamin daily.

I take womans 1 a day
1000mg of Vitamin C (it works to keep the colds away).
Anti something or other. My gyno recommended it because it fights off any type of infection supposedly down there and it does!!!

I take 1000mg vitamin C everyday, a multi vitamin, and when I am sick I take echinacea and I up my Vitamin C to 1000mg in the morning and 1000mg at night, but sometimes it makes me jittery. The doctor said I will just excrete what my body doesn't need, but when you are sick, you will absorb more.
