I am putting our card box tonight with my MOH and i just had a space cadet moment and forgot to pick up ALL of the supplies to make the cardbox - I have the 3 boxes, my dad cut the holes in the boxes for us but beyond that I am not sure what else I would need to complete this project - ANY help would help girls... TIA

Pretty much all you need is fabric, ribbon, and a hot glue gun.

you need to get fabric if you wan to use it or project paint and ribbons or stencils in case you want to cut out a monogram of your intials and maybe some fake flowers for the topper

thanks girls - i picked up fabric already - MOH is bringing over a glue gun - and then we will put it all together and decorate soon hopefully - i will post pix tonight

You need to decide what your design is first and formost.
So very basic question: are you going to have a fabric covered box or paint it?
Once you decide that, you either need fabric or paint and each of those brings different supplies. If you are doing paint, I would recommend foam brushes (I got a much more even coat when I did mine). If you are doing fabric, you should get some spray glue.
For both ways though, you'll need extra design elements:
Ribbon or other edging material (strings of beads) Pre-made bows or other finishing touch (seashells if you are having a sea theme)
