When I was in Texas I kept it at 78 generally.

During some of the nicer days or weeks I'd shut it off and open up the windows. Most hot hot hot hot days 78 was cool enough for me.

Id just hang out in my house with shorts on.

OH, who knows where to buy the filters for the CAC??? How often do we change them as well? It is my first yr too with CAC... just wondering?

The last couple of days since it's been warm we have it on 76 - it's good for the daytime. The bedrooms are upstairs and are very warm at 76, so when it's sleepy time we put it on 74. During the hot hot days in the summer we've got it on 72 or 70 if really really warm.

we slept with the AC at 70 last night and his parents usually keep it at 69 or so. Sometimes we like it cooler....
