Earlier this week I wrote about how FH's a s s hole of an aunt spilled the beans - intentionally, mind you - about the date of my shower.
Now I log into FB and his cousin's wife - who I normally like, even though her IQ is on the lower end of the scale - sends me a message that starts with 'hey Kris, I know your busy right now but I lost the address to the shower' (Yes, she put 'your', not 'you're', and it killed me three times over to write it that way)
I just went 'BLAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' and 'X'd' out of that before I could read on.
WHAT THE HELL.
DON'T PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THAT SOME THINGS ARE A GODDAMNED SURPRISE?!?!!!!

one of my good friends is indian and she planned her shower and she was aware of all the events, there were like a week full of events.
if they all knew it should have been a surprise...then yes she's a moron!!!

I was just thinking the same thing! My Indian friend planned her own bridal AND baby shower! Maybe they really genuinely don't understand the whole concept of a surprise shower, even though it says 'surprise' on the invite?
Or it could be that they are just idiots!!

I remember in your other post you wrote that you didn't have a reaction to your aunt spilling the beans & that probably annoyed her. Hopefully that wasn't done to make sure you knew about it. I would ignore it & when you walk into your shower give your guests the most surprised face ever so they'll always have it on camera. When anyone asks if you had an idea about it, including the aunts just play it off like you had no idea, that'll show em.
