What the F*** VENT

I had an interview for a job within the same company I currently do part time work with a few weeks ago. It went very well....well at least I thought it did!!! I just got a 'Sorry you weren't selected for a second interview' letter! Are they fing kidding me???? I was given the interview by the CEO himself, they told me he spoke very highly of me! I don't even get a second interview?? This doesn't make any sense!!! They didn't even have the decency to call me.... They send me a freakin letter!?!?!?!?! I'm so mad, so frustrated and so Pissed Off!!!!

I don't think I will ever get a job!!! So much for my dream wedding!

Jennie, I totally know how u feel...I had 3 interviews in different times in the place where I used to work....and nothing happened. I guess it wasn't meant for me to work there. Now, I'm super excited where I'm working. Everything happens for a reason, u're time to shine will come soon...u'll see, just keep looking with a positive energy

Hey - I know this feeling and it SUCKS. It's so confusing and like w-t-f did I do wrong, everything seemed perfect!?!?

BUT, I have also been on the other end of the interview process (which sucks just as much), and I've seen the breakdown of who gets picked and why. I've loved certain candidates who I highly recommended to the CEO...like really pushed for them, and for some reason or another, even if they did get that 2nd, 3rd interview, something about someone else was more qualified, a better match, or something un-definable. It's not personal and it doesn't say anything about your skill or character. I promise.

AND, everything happens for a reason. You will find something else and be like 'thank goodness I didn't go back and get that other job!!!'
