Weekdays - 7:25
Weekends - between 11 & 12

Between 6:30-6:45 on weekdays. 9:30 on weekends.

I am usually up by 6:30, even on the weekends. It is so horrible. I can not sleep at all.

Starting this week I get an hour more sleep. I NOW wake up at 6 am

depends on the day:
either 4:45am
or 8:45am
Saturday/Sundays, whenever my body feels like it (usually 9am)

I suppose to get out of bed by 6:30, but I roll out and run at 7:00.

Before I moved, I would get up around 7:30. Since I moved to the house last week, it's now 5:19 !

i get up at 7:30 tues.-sat. to make fh breakfast, sometimes i'll go back to sleep until around 10:30-11:00.

My alarm goes off at 5:30

I get out of the bed at 6

Saturdays I usually get up at 7:30 or 9:00 depending on which WW meeting I am going too.

Sundays i wake up at about 10
