My inner clock is screwed up because I work nights. I usually sleep sometime after 1 am and before 6 am.

Usually I go to be between 10 and 11. Last night I was at a concert and didn't get home until 11:30, so tonight I will be calling it quits early.

I am in bed by 9:00 but am asleep before 11. I have to watch TV before I go to sleep. No matter what time it is. So I go to bed early.

I usually go to bed around 11pm. I need at least 8 hours or I can't function well. The past 2 weeks have been rough for me b/c I'm not getting my 8!

I go to sleep around 11pm, before midnight, if I go out during the weekend then its later on.

usually try to get to sleep around 11ish. BUt sometimes I stay up late to hang w my FH (he works til 10pm)

I have to be at school by 6:50 so I try to be in bed for 9 but a lot of times I don't get in till 10. I hate getting up so early. I've been doing it for 6 years and can't get used to it.
