The next day we are going to provide breakfast to our guests. What time should we offer it? 9:30-10:30?

I'd say maybe do a brunch instead of breakfast - like 10:30 start time. You're guest might be tired from the night before to wake up earlier for breakfast.

We are having ours from 8am - 10:30 and check out is at 11. Figured this way it gives them time to get back to their room, pack up and head out after breakfast.

if its an evening wedding, the later the better...brunch is a good idea!

we're probably going to do a brunch - our wedding doesn't end until 1am the night before.

We are doing 10-12, check-out is 12 and some will just roll in for a bagel at that point!

I would say a brunch would be better; maybe 10-12? Most people won't want to get up that early, especially if you wedding ends late.

we are doing 10-1pm brunch...the hotel originally put 9-12 but that was way early...I probably won't make it down until 11
