what time to start hair/MU day of

My ceremony starts at 4pm. My hair stylist said she thinks she should start around 9:30am, as I have 5 bridesmaids. I don't want to get ready til as late as I need to...I want to feel fresh for ceremony, not like my makeup needs to be touched up 10x before everything actually starts. Does it sound okay to have my hair and makeup girls start working on me around noon?

And when are all you girls getting to your RH? I feel clueless. I thought maybe getting there at 3pm and doing last touches in the bridal suite would work okay.

ETA: my photog says she usually shows up at the brides home or hotel, as in my case, about an hour and a half before we leave for the ceremony location to capture pics of some of the 'getting ready' process.

Any input?

Great! So I guess 9:30 is prob a good time for hair/MU to start BMs and then me around like 12:30/1 and have my photog come around then as well.

Thx girls! Just wanted to make sure I was on track with timing.

My ceremony is also at 4pm. My hairdresser is going to be at my house at 8 am. My MU artist at 10am. I would say the earlier the better....
