I have a couple of questions specific to my ceremony and set up, but what kinda general questions should I be asking?!?!?

Ryan, are you doing favors on each plate or are is the hall giving them out? I didnt ask about what time they would set them out and I was running after 2 people trying to give them a favor because they left early.

GO over everything in your contract AGAIN! Courses, etc. Ask if they will set up placecards, usually you have to give them in alphabetical order and they will put them out. Ask if the cake will be out or away until cake cutting. Find out if they will put favors out, TELL them how you want them placed on the table, one per, one per couple, give them a sheet with the table number and the number of favors that go on that table...my favors were stacked on my tables
