so we finally have an appointment to meet with Flower Barn next week (took me long enough to set up an appointment...) and i have no clue where to start when I go...Any tips or advice, questions to ask, things like that?

*how many weddings they do in a day? *how far in advanced do they make up your arrangements/bo-ks(the day before/that morning)? *how do they keep there flowers? are they kept in refrigerators?

PS- yeay for flower barn! i ended up going w/ them out of the florists i visited.

do they give you a sample before booking,
is there an extra charge for delivery
what time do they expect to deliver the flowers
how many weddings in one day
are they familiar with your hall (it can change the centerpiece style or set up)
Will they set up the centerpieces or just drop them off
Will you be locked into the flowers you choose right then, or would you be able to change your mind on what you want
