What to book...

What to book...

What do you ladies think I should book next? We are officially signing the RH contract on Sunday. After that I was thinking I should start looking into photography, but I'm not sure. Maybe band/dj should be next? Curious which order you all did it in. THANKS!!!

Church
RH
Photog
DJ
Limo
Florist

Personally..after I booked the RH I booked photo, limo, DJ, and currently working on the florist (in that order). I dont think it really matters what order you do it in. I would say book what vendor is most important to you next. That way if you spend more than anticipated on, lets say for example, photo (which was high up there on my list of important vendors) you won't feel so bad if you have to skimp out on another vendor to stay in budget.

this is the order I did it in with the exception of the church, I am getting married at the rh.

We did band next cause that was really important to us, but starting researching and contacting photographers too so that followed closely behind. I agree, do whichever you feel is more important to you next. And congrats on the RH check!!! Good luck!

Def check in w/ the church or if you are getting married some place other then the RH

But after we did the RH and chruch we moved onto the DJ and then photog. I considered those the 'big' vendors and 2 of the most important.

Thanks ladies! We booked the church first and foremost, so that thankfully is all taken care of. I'm going to start doing some research on photographer's now. It seems like the majority of people on this site use Duet or Patken. If you have any other suggestions please let me know!!!

I booked photograher after RH and church. I feel like photographers book really far in advance and I was really picky about having a good photographer. After that I booked florist since they were the next important and big vendor to me.
