Besides the marriage license, and payments, is there anything elee I need to bring to the church rehearsal
And also, do I leave the license with them that night, or do I have to bring it to the actual ceremony too?

If you have gifts for the bridal party do not forget them, I think that is all you need. We were told we had to pay the day of. Bring the readings you picked out also.

I was told by my BP that I needed to have the 'ribbon hat' they made for me at my shower. They said I had to carry it as my psudo boK, bad luck if I didn't have it. I'd never heard of this before....
