What to bring to the venue?

I'm trying to get everything organized that needs to be dropped off at the venue before the wedding. Anyone have a list they could share just in case I'm missing something?

I'm dropping everything off the Wednesday before my Sunday wedding.

What to bring to the venue?

Since I am staying at the hotel the night before as our ceremony and reception are both taking place at the venue, my girls and I are bringing everything the night before.

What to bring to the venue?

This is based off my list I wrote out for myself

Toasting glasses
cake serving set
guest book (any signs for the guest book and pens)
escort cards or chart
cake topper
programs and basket
favors
signature drink sign
if your having a photo booth and bringing props
any picture props like a thank you sign
menus
table numbers
pictures for the lobby or decorations
aisle runner
ceremony decor
bathroom decor or basket
if your doing a sand ceremony or wine box ceremony bring the box or sand kit.
cry packs if your doing cry packs
copies of readings or vows
name plaque if your doing one for the sweetheart table or cake table
any addition cake decorations
card box
if you are doing chair signs like bride and groom or Mrs. & Mr.
If your doing a video montage in your room bring the dvd
if your doing any signs like photo booth sign or social media # or wedpics
