What to do?!?!

I know, let me first say, I WILL be talking to my MOH, but wanted your thoughts as well.

Okay, as of now I have 2 MOHs (1 in NY, 1 in VA) and 2 BMs (both in NY) and FH has 2 BMs and 3 GMs.

My dilemma lies in...my MOH in VA is TTC w/ assistance and the last 3 attempts with their current method of assistance did not work. She is overweight and is prepared to be on bed rest for some if not the majority of her pregnancy when is happens. I am afraid that she won't be able to attend the wedding, let alone stand by my side. I would SO completely understand, but what do I do about the bridal party?!?! As it is, it's uneven. Also, we're planning on ordering the BM dresses the end of July.

I plan on talking with her (in person) in a few weeks when I go down there, I just want to hear what you (my trusted '06 girls) think.

The 2nd MOH here (who is preg now, due in Dec) says not to worry about it, but think of people to have as back up to add as BMs.

That's the hard part!! I want someone I am close with in the BP, and what about the dresses!?!??!

Well I would def. talk to her like you said .I am sure that she will understand you concerns - .....I know that its not going to be an easy thing to talk about but just be open and that way i am sure that you'll both feel better ....I am sure that there are some issues about this that she is worried about as well!

Thank you!! Right now the BP is 4 girls and 5 guys. If she cannot make it, it drops the BP down to 3 girls and 5 guys. With VERY FEW contendors to add in!

I don't know what advice to give you.... But I'm here for you to vent!!!

your moh who is pregnant get her measurments done now. if you wait until july she will be bigger and they wont be able to guess the size she will be. if she gets measured now it is a good guess on what size she will be for your wedding.

another thing
let the sides be un even less presents for you to buy.

I agree with all of the ladies. talk to your friend and express your concern. If you bp is uneven, someone gets to look like a stud!
