WHAT TO DO...

I really don't know what to do. My wedding is 7 months away, and I haven't order the jim hjelm dress for my BM's. I have been trying for the past few months to get everyone together to no avail. As of today, i only have 3 people as my BM and my sister as moh... my sister is always busy....it's like no one will take the time to go dress shopping....I want a nice but firm way of letting my girls know that it is time to get the ball rolling!.....WHAT TO DO???

How about setting a date and then sending them an email asking if it works for everyone and if not......let you know when they ARE available because you want to make sure there are no problems closer to the wedding.

Tell your girls they really have no choice and NEED to make time in their busy schedule to help you out. What if they called in their measurements to the bridal salon? Two of my girls didn't show up this past Saturday for their measurements and this week they're getting professionally measured from a tailor/cleaners and then calling in their measurements to the salon. Everyone is busy, but its not an excuse because they know hard and dedicated it is to be in a BP. Good luck and HTH.

I just ordered my dresses last weekend and I am getting married right before you, so don't worry.

I live in NC, so I sent out an e-mail asking everyone to come try the dress on and see if they like it. All but one BM came. She saw the picture and said she likes it. So, I got everyone measured and asked her to send me her measurements. I then brought those measurements to the boutique down here and ordered them
So, you really just need their measurements....if they can't come try it on, then oh well...they missed out.

thanks guys.....i will send out an email with a date and fine out if it works with them....if not, i will have them give me their measurements so i can take it to the bridal store.....thanks again....i feel like i am going crazy sometimes!!
