There is one girl at work that I'm friends with we go to lunch together almost everyday and we hang out - out side of work ..Of course I want to invite her - Another girl just got married a month ago and she invited the whole office -(only 13 people)Which I don't want to do but I feel that I should invite her - and I also wanted to invite my boss cause I love her -is that rude ....what would you guys do
I am only inviting the people I am close to at work! You can't invite everyone...If someone says something, tell them 'the cost is high & I can't afford to invite everyone' I am using the rule of thumb, if i talk to you on a daily basis, you will be invited
Good question...well hopefully I am not here next year...I might want to invite 1 or 2 people. BUT I don't really socialize with anyone outside of work!
I hear ya ...thats what I was thinking but its such a small office ya know -But then I was thinking last June the Pres. of the company got married and she invited who she wanted so why cant I and if people don't understand Oh Well

I am not inviting everyone at work. Work is work and i keep that separate from my personal life. I dont want everyone all up in my business. So i am only going to invite my boss and one other girl. Maybe. We will see.

Only invite her and your boss...don't worry about anyone else.
My FH and I work together so this is a tricky one for us, too. We can't possibly invite the whole comany! Just remember, in the end it's YOUR day. Do what the 2 of you feel most comfortable with, it's the only way to really be happy with your decision. Paying for everyone can get really expensive so we're just sticking to those we're close with, don't worry about the rest, life goes on.
