I'd go straight to the airport and just sleep in the gate.

Sorry.. but I wouldn't even bother checking into a hotel. By the time you get out of the RH it's going to be 2-2:30. You have to be at the airport at 5:30 so that gives you 3-3 1/2 hours to sleep, shower, get dress, travel to hotel from RH then to airport? It'll never work. Go home or to parents house, shower, then go straight to the airport. If you can't sleep for any more then 3 hours I heard it's better off you just don't sleep.

yes get a hotel near the airport... that way you can maximize the time... if you have to be there at 5... then you can leave there at 4:30

What airport? I just want to recommend that you NOT stay at the Holiday Inn near JFK . . . thanks. Sometimes, for work, we travel on non-passenger flights that leave at odd times and the Museum will get us a room in this dump to kind of hang around in. I always make DH come and stay with me. It's scary.

Rent a party bus and have your guest party with you to the airport. We had a party bus until 5am! The time FLEW by! Our wedding ended at 12:30.

we had the same situation. we were SOOOOOO tired but we hung out with friends for a little while and went back to hotel room(friends stayed there too)

i cried for about a half hour that it was the best night of my life.. so that killed some time

then DH and i talked about the day.. getting ready the ceremony

slept got an hour. and got up took showers and got ready for the limo t pick us up.

it was crazy.. but it was so fun to leave for our HM right away. we went to bed really early the next night though!

where is your RH hall? near JFK?

our RH was Fox hollow so we stayed at the inn at FH, which was pretty close to JFK
