My wedding is next april. I have booked the hall, a florist and my videographer. I have about a year left. So what do I do next? I havent done any planning for weeks. I need to get back into it, any ideas of what I should do next? Thanks for the help ladies.
i think you should get your gown next. my wedding is next february and i went looking for dresses for the first time last week. the saleswoman told me that i should order my dress 7-8 months ahead of time to make sure that it's in about 2 months before the wedding. i also want to order my dress before we get the bridesmaid's dresses so that their dress could complement mine. just my opinion, though! happy planning!
definitely your photographer and band (if you're having one).
To decide on a good band is really important, because, the music and the food are probably the two things which will really contribute to the enjoyment of your guests. To find a good band early is important, to be sure that you get the one you want!
I would definitely go research photographers, band/DJ, your gown. These things are the ones that book the first and take the longest to come in.
After that, start researching BM gowns, what you want for favors (in case you have to make them), any honeymoon ideas, invites.. . .
I think that you should pick your music next. Decide if you want a band or DJ and then go from there.
