we aren't going on our honeymoon till 2 weeks after the wedding. we don't want to just go to my apt in the city the night after but don't want to go far away either.
we were thinking about staying at a bed and breakfast out east but are looking for something in a winery or close to one so that we could go to one on monday since we both have the day off. i don't know any wineries that have overnight accomodations. any ideas?

I don't know about wineries, but DH and I went to Shelter Island and stayed at the Ram's Head Inn the night after our wedding. It was nice -- we had a great dinner, but I thought their rooms were a bit expensive for what they were.... I guess that's not much help.....

You should check out the Inn at East Wind they have a full service spa and they are very close to some of the wineries.

We are planning on spending the night at the hotel where we will all be the night before wedding. Wedding ends at 6pm so we will spend more time with BP, family and especially OOT guests. May be hosting a small 'after party' at hotel. Still haven't booked the hotel yet. Can't find anything cheaper than $110 a night (Huntington Country Inn). Any suggestions?

no- i don't think you'll be able to find cheaper than 110 unfortunately.
i negotiated melville marriott and hunt. hilton down to 109/night.
