I've shaked and baked them and broiled them... anyone have any other ideas (they are the small boneless ones). Thanks.

Re: What to do with pork chops?
I usually broil mine as well.
Sometimes I spread barbecue sauce on them.

Re: What to do with pork chops?
i just made pork chops last night. I just rubbed them with lemon juice and an herb mix (thyme, basil, etc. - it's a little jarred one Pinch of Herbs or something) and broiled them for like 8-10 minutes. They were ok I guess. They are never juicy enough.

Re: What to do with pork chops?
Do a search for Claud's pork chop dish, its amazing!
ETA: here it is... I am going to make it again on Sunday
I've shaked and baked them and broiled them... anyone have any other ideas (they are the small boneless ones). Thanks.
I don't have an exact recipe, so bear with me.
I use-
2 boneless pork chops and season with salt, pepper, and italian seasoning (to your taste)
1 large sweet potato(or two smaller), peeled and sliced very thin
Onion - enough for taste and cut fairly wide (if you don't like onions, you don't need to add)
Apples - 2 medium apples cored and cut in to chunks
Brown sugar layered over the top of the above. Once again, I usually use about two handfuls nothing exact.
Cover the casserole dish with tinfoil and bake at 425 until pork and sweet potatoes are tender. This takes about 1-1.5 hours. When done, if I have time, I will cook down the sauce that is at the bottom (from the pork and brown sugar) to make a thicker sauce. This isn't necessary and more for show/appearance.
For serving I place the sweet potato, apple, and onion mixture next to and on the pork and spoon over the sauce from the bottom of the pan.
It sounds a little wierd, I know but it really turns out excellent and is a nice change from the typical pork recipes.

No dry pork there! My husband actually loves this recipe for that reason! He actually requested it last night for dinner, but I didn't have any apples on hand.
I am sure this recipe also is great for the crockpot, but I have never made it in there.

I usually bread mine in oil and then in breadcrumbs and bake them in the oven.

If you get thick cut ones you can stuff them with Stove Top stuffing or other stuffing mix. I also BBQ sauce mine, bread them and bake them.

Re: What to do with pork chops?
First off .. I have a Royal Prestige skillet that I love .. and when the pork chops I make in that skillet always come out amazing.
I generally keep it simple .. squeeze about a 1/2 cup of Wishbone Fat Free Red Wine Vinegrette dressing into the skillet .. add in pork chops, smearing them over the dressing .. sprinkle with pepper (I love pepper) .. flip the pork chops .. smear again and sprinkle with pepper. Cover. Cook at medium heat for 35 minutes.
This could probably work fine in another skillet .. but when I make pork chops .. and other things in this skillet .. I'm glad we went to their office, sat through the sales pitch, and spent all that money. This cookware is exceptionally well made.
I also use the same procedure for stuffed pork chops that I buy at King Kullen.
