We have a couple hundred left in WS gift cards and I really want to put it towards something USEFUL. We received pretty much everything on our registry so I'm at a loss. Recommend something please!

I would splurge on some kind of major cookware by Le Creuset-I think W-S carries it.
WS has tons of unique pans, sauces, seasonings, you'll find tons of goodies.

We registered at WS... I LOVE actually going to the store and picking something out. It's all very tempting!

Anything maybe from the home collection? For a little splurge maybe a flat sheet to match your bedding that has your inititals or someting? Any pots from All-Clad you didn't get? Love Le Cruiset as well, so that's always fun.
Or save it for a special holiday item (serving dish or something?)

I don't know how much you have but here are some ideas:
You can get a monogrammed carving board.
I used mine on All-Clad pots. Every month they have a different All-Clad on sale super cheap. Like this month I got the 4 Quart saute pan for $129.
They have the really good waffle makers and panini presses.
Do you like Espresso, they have the Nespresso which is great. I don't have one because I don't really drink espresso or cappuccinos, but my parents have one and its so fun for entertaining and so easy to use. (Like a Kuerig)
If your into baking they have really cute pans and cookie cutters and other baking tools that are unique to Williams Sonoma.
I LOVE my Ebelskiver filled pancake pan. $40
They have the Margaritaville which is super fun.
They also usually have really cute holiday stuff, though I don't think they have the snowman mugs this year.
