what to eat the week of the wedding?

i've been told to eat foods low in sodium and low in carbs the week of the wedding....ie:no chinese, no italian, etc...

what are some good foods to eat this week that wont be high in sodium, what about for the night before the wedding, any suggestions?

Nice grilled proteins, be careful of marinades - salads, veggies

Try to go for perpared foods vs fast food or eating out.

I was just going to say, dont eat any food that retains water, low carbs and drink plenty of water.

Don't worry about it because you probably won't eat anything. I dropped like 6 lbs easy the week of my wedding. You just don't eat. Not consciously of course. But it's like, your mind is racing 24/7 that even if you're normally always hungry (I am) before you know it's like 2 pm and you realize you haven't even eaten yet that day and you're not even hungry. So don't worry about what to eat specifically, just make sure that you eat...anything. You're not going to gain weight that week for sure.

Dont take any chances on 'oh i wonder what that tastes like' Go for things yiou are familiar with, and if ur having trouble, ask that 1/2 the portion be brought to you...

drink water with PLENTY of lemon in it - it helps digestion and breakdown ONLY WATER!!!

Always eat a HIGH protein breakfast - so hunger is controlled the rest of the day - I like english muffin pb and bananas or cheerios and bananas

It was nuts.....the bad thing for me was that I had already had my last fitting about 10 days before the wedding. I swear to god it fit then, it was almost a little too tight......day of-loose, way loose. You can see it in my pics. It upsets me slightly cause it could have looked so much better, but I couldn't control it.....i just wasnt' hungry, but wasnt' even thinking about the fact that I wasn't eating...there was just way too much stuff running through my brain to focus on food and I apparently didn't need it so it wasnt' until the day of and the dress went on that I was like, Holy Shiit!!.

i would just avoid sodium and drink lots of water....when it gets closer to the wedding i really have to start drinking more water - i dont know how i survive - if i drink a glass of water before dinner thats ALOT - i usually dont drink anything not even with lunch - i hate drinking because then i have pee even more than usual and i already pee so much....its so bad for me, i dont know how i dont get sick from dehydration - i guess my body is used to this because ive been like this as long as i can remember....i know its bad for me but its so hard - before i got invisalign i started drinking crystal light - but now i cant drink anything colored with my braces and i hate plain water

that was going to be my next question actually... i didn't notice that in the pics but I am sure you noticed especially the way the dress fit.. you looked amazing.. i guess it's better to have it a little loose than being too tight
