What to get my Sister MOH?

What gift should I get my sister. I got the BM coach wristlets. My sister is very unique..not into any names. She doesnt like Tiffany or anything fancy.
She is a plain girl into silver type indian style jewlery. Very, very,very hard to buy for.
She loves Halloween. My wedding is after.
I would love any suggestions.
