chili would take too long (the way I make it)
DH doesn't like burgers on the Foreman grill

How about burgers in a frying pan? I like those much better, though they are more unhealthy! Put a little butter in and grill them in a frying pan. I have actually been making mini burgers on English muffins lately (we never have rolls!) and they are great.

What about a box of Mac and cheese, cook it, add the cooked beef and bake it

If you have a packet of taco seasoning you can make taco salad.
Prepare the meat then serve it with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Thats what we did last week when we werent in the mood for burgers.

How about a Bolignase Sauce?
Olive Oil
Brwon Chopped Garlic & Chopped Onion in deep skillet
Add Ground Beef * Brown
Add 1 can crushed tomatoes
season with oregano, basil, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper
Simmer for 1/2 hour
Serve over cooked Pasta

I liekt o make what my mom calls 'mush'
just brown the ground beef & add it to past & toss with tomato sauce.
The meat is more mart of the dish, than just 'meat sauce' I usually use 1 lb meat, 1 lb pasta & I use something small, like elbows.
Do you have bisquick? They have a cheeseburger pie recipe on the box.
You could also stuff something with a beef & rice mixture . .cabbage, peppers, etc.
ETA- I'd make meatloaf again, we recylce much more frequently than every 2 weeks!

Maybe try a recipe site like allrecipes.com? If you enter 'ground beef' maybe it will spit out some recipes.
I'd suggest:
porcupine meatballs (you need white rice, some go into the meat, hence the name, and then you serve the rest on a bed of white rice)
canneloni (if you want to be more elaborate- you make crepes, fill them with the ground beef and bake them and cover with sauce. They are v. good. I am sure you can find a good recipe online for that too)

I plan on making with turkey meat one day this week.

Ingredients:
1 lb chopped meat
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper
3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
garlic and onion powder
oregano
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and lightly brown. Add peppers and onion and cook until just soft. Add chopped meat and brown thoroughly. Mix all together in pan. Add 1 1/2 cans of tomato sauce to meat and mix in. Sprinkle onion and garlic powder and oregano. Cover pan and reduce heat. Cook approximately 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
I serve it over white rice. My sister and brother in law make beans with it too, but DH and I dont like beans. It's one of my favorite meals!
