I am having my first Easter Dinner this year with about 8 people(family), and I want to impress!! any suggestions? I was thinking of an antipasta 1st, manicotti, then a pork roast, mashed potatoes, a vegetable... Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Here is my menu for my FH, brother and two of our friends:
Shrimp cocktail and another appetizer Salad Lasagne Sausage and meatballs garlic bread crepes with mint chocolate chip ice cream with melted chocolate drizzled on top.
Its nothing exciting, but I'm excited!

parma prscioutto and cheese for appetizer then some soup... then some baby lamb and baby piggy roast with potatos, salad, and saurkraut for the sides and lots of desserts after.

Here's our menu... (I'm going to have a lot of fun in the kitchen tomorrow!!!!)
-Cheese Straws (like cheese bread sticks, making that dough is going to be a pain!)
-Sweet Black Cherry Soup
-Minty Cucumber Salad
-Lemon CHicken
-Cocunut Cupcakes -possibly, if I'm feeling adventurous, Strawberry Mousse
