Just curious--is there anything you put in your contract besides what's included in the price? ANy details I need to remember to include?

Re: What to put in florist contract?
I had them put in the specific number of flowers and how many of each flower (example: 3 dozen roses, 4 stargazer lilies, etc.). If I'd specified a certain type of rose ,I also had them put that in as well.

Re: What to put in florist contract?
I loved my florists ideas, and trust him, so there was nothing I added in the contract.

Re: What to put in florist contract?
Our florist included everything we discussed...what flowers, leaves, apples, details like rafia, candles etc. He attached pics that we talked about. Of course detailed price. This came in very handy when the contract changed hands.
We also booked our florist a year in advanced. BP changes took place, the number of tables changed...if you have the breakdown of price per table you can easily deduct it no questions asked when it comes time to make the final payment.
ETA: This was standard in their contract...I did not ask them to include this...but if your florist does not include the above maybe you might want to add.

Re: What to put in florist contract?
types, colors, and #'s of flowers specific stand for HCP addresses to wear everything is going to be dropped off to and maybe the time everything you are getting (# of bouts, bok's, etc.)-the color ribbon for the coursages decorating the cake? FG baskets loose rose petals? church pew decorations? flowers for the moms during the ceremony? etc. i would have them list everything and a good florist would automatically do this- this way there are no problems/questions this is what they are going to use as their reference to your wedding--they can't memorise everyones specific requests--they have a lot of customers-make it easy for them and you----so i suggest you list it all!
