I cannot believe the wedding is 1 week away, next week at this time I will be a married woman!!!! and a Mrs.!!!! Anyway, my mind is fried , any suggestions on the out of town bags- I only have to do 2 of them. I was thinking cookies, chips, bottled water, some pamphlets, whatelse? or should I just make some wedding chocolates and wrap it nice in a pretty plate and ribbon???

I don't know who is allergic or cannot have certain foods so I am not putting food into any of my bags.
Two couples are staying at a B&B in NYC so I am going to buy milk, OJ, bread, butter, cereal, marmalade and tea and coffee for them and put it in the kitchenette in their suite before they arrive. I'm sure they'll buy more but those are the staples, I think.
For those staying at hotels, plus the couples I mention above, I'm getting irish tea bags so they can have a bit of home with them. I'm also going to include those small subway maps that NYC Restaurant week was giving out last year and I ordered (25 for $7.00, www.nycvisit.com) a pocket guide for NYC visitors. I was going to get them metrocards too but I don't know....that might become too expensive.

There was a recent post about this, you should do a search. Since you only have 2 OOT guests, you may want to buy them each a bottle of wine and glasses from the dollar store. You seem to have snacks covered but what about breakfast? You should buy some of those indivudually wrapped muffins so they have something to nibble on in the morning.

Since there are only 2 to make, you might want to do things a little different, but we have about 25 and are giving the following:
2 .5L bottles Poland Springs 2 packets cheese&PB crackers 1 small bag Chex Mix 2 'fun size' Snickers 2 Nutri-grain breakfast bars 1 box tic-tacs 2 packets of Advil pocket-size fold-out NYC subway map NYC guide book Printed 'Wedding Info' and welcome sheet
