Hi Ladies, What is everyone doing/throwing when leaving the church? I'm afraid to do bubbles because I don't want them to stain the clothes and my church is kinda strict so can't do rice or birdseed (I don't believe). I'm wondering if there are any 'green' options like confetti or petals or something that are bio degradable. I might just have people ring little bells. I'm feeling lost!

we are probably doing ribbon wands.
our thought process was that bird seed and rice (if they're even allowed at the church) means you have to watch for things hitting you in the head, bubbles get sticky, can stain my dress, etc. nothing against those options, just things i wouldn't want to worry about the day of. my sister did the ribbon wands and we got some really great pictures with them.

I'm thinking rose petals or ribbon wands. I'll have to check with our church and see what's accpetable.

At micheal's they have candy that r shaped like hearts ..very small and when all three of my friends got married thats what they used...just double check to make sure you can throw that..

I was planning on having the bubbles because that is the only thing my church will allow. Do the bubbles stain the dresses?

Our church only allowed bubbles as well..We didn't have any issue with it staining my dress nor my BMs dresses

i dont think the bubbles themselves stain but if it spills i think it does. that's just something i would worry about but i'm paranoid haha

I'm using These they are biodegradable and cute!! I'm putting them in little organza pouches for guests :)
