A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests at *_______* for a discounted rate. In order for you to receive that rate you must call and make your reservations by *DATE* Be sure to tell them you are with the *so and so wedding*

Ok thats basically what I had.
We have reserved a block of rooms for March 14 and 15 at the _at the rate of _/night.
Reservations should be made by calling the hotel reservations department at _. When making reservation you MUST identify yourself as with the group _ Wedding Block in order to ensure you receive the special discounted rate for the group.
All reservations must be received by Wednesday, February 13, 2008

We sent out the STD's as soon as we were engaged so i'm sending them with the invites...however i'm updating the wedding website and emailng OOS friends/family.
