We will be moving into our house soon, hopefully, and my DH mentioned he wanted this tool box at Costco. I want to get him a tool to go in ti, but not sure what to get.
He has a cordless drill, and bits, screwdrivers, and a ratchet set.
My mom also got him a lazer level for Xmas.
Any suggestions on what I can get him that is not too expensive.

LOL those are cool.. it's looks like the machine they use to file your nails down with lol like a sander
how about a really nice tool belt? and a tool box? those things he'll def need.. a box of 0238402934 dif nails are good too.. a wrench set... or one of those 038423948 dif kinds of screwdrivers? does he have a magnetic tip for his screwgun? those are awesome! stud finder?

A lightweight cordless drill will be really helpful for all the little projects around the house. If he is planning more heavy duty projects, a bigger drill might be better.
A good hammer and a screwdriver and a tape measure are also invaluable.

My husband LOVES his dremel!!
you woiuld think I bought him a new car or something the way he goes on about it!!
what about a level...or that device that you put on the wall and it shoots a lasar beam to show you where to hang things to be even with each other?

Hey I was going to say that. I love my Dremel....Goto Home Depot and get him one with all the accessories.
Or why dont you just get him a gift card to home depot and then he can get what he likes

I agree-go for the Dremel.
I've got lots of handymen in the family....they all have one (and use them often). With all of the accessories available, it can do just about anything except hammer!!

Here it is Dremel - it's a grinding, sanding tool.
My DH insists you need multiple everything in the way of tools. So I don't think you can go wrong no matter what you get.

-stapler/brad nailer -tape measure (can never have too many) -drill, back up batteries (can always have one charging while using the other) -square -hex keys -utility knives/blades -maglite (mini & large...again, you can never have too many of them) -interchangeable bit screwdrivers (flips from a flat to a phillips) -plier sets

I paid about $100 for mine a few years ago but I got alot of use out of it...Its still brand new. I used it to polish some parts in the engine compartment of my civic showcar that I used to have....I love that tool.
what about that alligator tool...that fits anysize nut or bolt...

I don't know very much about tools, but my DH insisted that he HAD to have a circular saw if we were going to own a home. I got him one for Christmas and it wasn't very expensive at all. He also has a hand held saw, which I have seen him use around the house....briefly, because all sawing makes me nervous and I tend to hide when it comes out.

A Sawzall!! Definitely a Sawzall!! We gutted our house, and we couldn't have done without it! It's a saw... that saws it all... so they call it the 'Sawz-all.' We have The Tiger Sawzall. it's amazing. Here's what one looks like:
