we lived in North Flushing...and we started looking there (until DH was laid off and we moved out of state)

It would have been there or Manhattan

We own in a home in Aurburndale, Queens. It's right by Bayside and North Flushing.

Yabbobay is right..I see the energized realtor's face all over our neighborhood. And my friend who's a real estate agent said she's good. Her mother has known her for years.
Another real estate agent that focuses in our area is Ann Folan

Jeanene- well, I live with my parents now (they bought our house 34 years ago) but FH adn I want to buy out east a bit, like Ronkonkoma or Lake Grove.

i like Lindenhurst but honestly I have visions of Everybody loves Raymond when I think of buying there!

Marcela...have you seen the Hummer? Its purple and has the 'splashed with paint' look...

I guess it was a tax write off...but woe is it bright!!!! I used to walk the dog down her street and it just so didn't fit in with the neighborhood!!!
