What type/brand carpet is a good one?

This is sort of a spinoff to one of my other posts...

What brand carpet is best?
For our master bedroom, what type of carpet should we look for? I know there are types that are a bit more fluffier than others. I'd like something fluffy and very very soft...any suggestions?
