I know!! It's so good. We're going to be having a panini station at our e-party and need some ideas for what types of paninis to serve. Unfortunately, it is kosher and is a dairy meal, so there cannot be any meat.

That sounds yummy! I want to come up with a way to make a kosher engagement party (and wedding for that matter) not seem kosher and actually taste good. Every time I try to come up with ideas i get hungry

roasted veggies and provolone cheese are always yummy. OOOOOH something with pesto sauce.....pesto always tastes good in a pannini. Don't know why.
