It also depends on your height--one of the website I was on can't remember which also tells you which ones are best for which height. W/ your dress I think you can get away with anything b/c you don't have bead work in teh back so I would get any one that you feel comfortable with and get something on it. JMO
It also depends if you want to wear it during the reception, if you do then you should get a shorter veil, if not I still don't think it matters.

Re: What veil matches my dress?
Well I would get one that stops before the sash. Or if you want you could go with one what was very long, but super sheer so people can see the details on you dress.
Also how are you going to do you hair?

Adina!!!! How are you? My hair will definitely be up - either a low bun or a french twist - nothing crazy at all - I don't want to take away from the back of the dress - if that makes any sense....LOL.

I agree. Elbow lenth, if longer make sure it's very sheer (1 tier maybe?)

Re: What veil matches my dress?
My vote would be for chapel or cathedral, esp. if you plan to take it off for the reception. I wore a similar dress (the blouse with the cap sleeves and the skirt with lace at the hem) with a cathedral length with lace trim that started around my wrists. You could see the detail of the dress and the sash through the veil - honestly, I think a veil ending anywhere around the blouse, the sash or the bustling might take away from the back or be too busy. I wore a waltz length one for the reception - I wanted to bustle the long one, but it ended being way too heavy to bustle b/c of the lace. Good luck! They're so fun to try on b/c they really make you feel like a bride!

My friend's bride wore that same Monique gown and she wore no veil. I would say a mantila style veil or a cathedral length one tier that you remove after the ceremony.

Aww thanks so much! I just love your gown - the long sleeves are so elegant and the pick-up skirt is gorgeous! Good luck with all of your planning.

I vote for Chapel or Catherdral. Anything shorter than that will look to busy on top. Is that the same dress that Shana Barker (from meet the Barkers0 wore? BeautifuL!
