I got the email but there was nothing in it about minimum post counts or anything. I don't think they have made a decision yet or at least they haven't shared it with us.

No final was made.
The email was our newsletter.
If you didn't receive it please go to 'My Wedding' then 'My Account' under 'Account Info' Subscribe to the Newsletter.

It was just about what TWOTY is for those who didnt know. No other information was given out. You have to subscribe to the newsletter to get have received the email you can check the box on your account.

I got an email too, and like the girls before me said, it was just general information, nothing specific. We'll just have to keep on checking back (like we need a reason to be on )
