What was the longest anyone had to wait.....

....to hear if your bid was accpeted??

It hasn't even been 24 hours ...but I am DYING over here!!!!!!!!!

jessica...We put the bid on our fixer upper on 1/30 and we still haven't heard officially...just through the grapevine that the wife is buying the husband out...

that was a pretty stressful 2 weeks!!!

She probably just wnated to see what it was worth, to get a price to buy him out with.

did they give you any time frame of when the sellers agent would be presenting bids?

can you have more than one bid out in NYS?

This is actually in NJ....and I have no timeframe, and no idea about when they need to decide!!!!

We were so lucky on our house, we put the bid in, started to drive home to NY, and negotiated the price on cell phones during the drive. By the time we got back to our apt. in NY the bid was accepted It was ideal for me, I couldnt take waiting w. other bids we put in, I would drive our realtor crazy calling her.

i so know how you feel...I was cleaning our bathroom at 2 am b/c I couldn't sleep!!!
