of getting a LITE french vanilla latte no sugar and THEN getting a pumpkin muffin?

I am disgusted with myself!

Because you were going to eat the muffin anyway, since it's a limited-time-only treat, and this way you saved yourself 200 calories. Every little bit helps!

Oh, BTW, last time I was at Starbucks they gave me a free sample of the new gingerbread scone. I don't like gingerbread cookies, but this was YUMMMMMMMMMM. I'd go for that next time I decide to cheat.

one good thing i did was cut out starbucks
I gained so much weight when i was having a drink and snack every morning.

I was having like 1000 calories just for breakfast

Then for lunch i would go there and have another drink and one of these chicken salad or egg salad sandwiches....lets just say i dont work at that job anymore. starbucks was across the street. lol so bad

I love starbucks...thankfully, I don't have it often. When I get it, I think of it as getting a treat for myself.

I think this is the only food/drink that I can control myself with...everything else, forget it - I eat anything in sight.
