What was your first car...

I got my license in '95 and for my birthday my parents got me a black 95 Acura Integra with the standard huge red bow..lol I thought I was so COOL! To this day I miss that car... So many memories....

1984 Ford Mustang L Coupe. It was light blue with custom rims. I had sooo many problems with the car, but I still loved it. The guy I sold it to, flipped it 3 times...

1990 Nissan Stanza

The car was in really good condition, a matter of fact the person my DH sold it to is still driving it like new. BUT I absolutely HATED that car. I AM COMPLETELY TRAUMATIZED BY NISSANS. I know they are good cars but NISSANS are the last type of car that I would ever get again. Sorry I know...I am weird.

My first car wa a 1986 White Firebird. I got my license in 1990 -- so it was still a pretty cool car back then !! And yes I grew up in Jersey --- no Jersey girl jokes!! ha ha

First car given to me was a 1988 Chevy Celebrity Eurosport. It was a hand-me-down from Dad and it had defective paint that was faded.

First car I bought for myself is what I drive now. 2001 VW Jetta in Galactic Blue. It is three years old and still only has 14K miles because I work in the city and only drive at night or on the weekends

My x-terra that I'm driving now! I didn't even get my license until I was 25 and all my friends had cars so I didn't need one - I always had a ride! It also helps to live in Brooklyn...

I remember each car perfectly

1st was a hand me down of my Dad’s Station wagon
81 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme (parents gave it to my stepsister)
85 Mercury Lynx (my very first owned car – piece of junk I could leave the doors unlocked and windows rolled down, no one would want it anyway) - Totalled it and got $125 whoohooo
89 Ford Mustang LX – 25th anniversary edition (My first purchase on my own) - always broke down so I traded it in.
93 Mazda MX3 (the car I drooled over since High School)

Still own the Mazda. Never bought a brand new car, there was never anything I wanted brand new (MX’s stopped being built in 95), other than the RX-7, which was too expensive for me. FH & I are looking into buying the new Mazda3 when they come out. A mix of the protégé and the Mazda6.

Mine was a 77 Chevy Caprice - gold color. I was so embarrassed to drive it. But that was all I could afford at the time. I had a lot of fun in that car b/c I didnt give a crap about it.

Mine was a 1986(?) Chevy Sprint Plus! It had only 3 cylinder. the Plus meant it had 4 doors. It used to cost me 7 dollars to fill the tank. It was my little Ice Ice Baby mobile (I was BIG into Vanilla Ice & it looked like an Ice cube) i cried the day I had to sell it!! I LOVED that car!!

a 1989 teal Pontiac Sunbird 2 door. I loved how it looked but it was a piece of crap, mechanically speaking!

My favorite OLD car was my 1987 Plymouth Horizon hatchback that I bought for ONE DOLLAR from my neighbors!!

1978 Oldsmobile Delta 88! And that was in 1993! Ha Ha! It was a handmedown from my stepfather and it was puke orange. It looked like a demented schoobus!
