He made reservations to take a ride on a helicopter on THe Big Island....we were in Maui...he reserved the flight...we get to the airport and he forgot the tickets, so we paid again for seats, then turns out he booked our flight to the wrong island, he thought The Big Island was the same as Oahu...then that night we went to the Old Lahina Luau, and he locked the keys in the car with the car running! He missed most of it because he was trying to break into our running car!

My worst date was our first one. We had met online & chatted a bit. We met at Uncle Jack's for drinks and an ex gf ended up being there! Of course he didn't tell me that night. She happened to be there meeting her bf. They left b4 we finished our first drink.
Then I think FH was nervous and was talking a big, tough guy act and I was turned off.
He asked if I wanted dinner (which I knew was $$$$) & at that point I wasn't sure I'd be seeing him again & I felt bad, so I suggested Pizzeria Uno's. We had dinner and were talking & such.
Outside he kissed me goodnight and asked to walk me to my car & I was like, 'no, that's okay, it's right over there.' And I left. He called two days later and left a message. I didn't return his call.
Turns out 3 weeks passed and we both happened to be on the dating website that we met on (matchmaker) and he IM'd me and asked me out to dinner. I decided to give him another chance and we really hit it off. He was more at ease this time and lost the tough guy act and we had an awesome time.

our first valentines day together i made reservations at this great restaurant he shows up late then wont call for directions and didnt listen to me when i told him he had to get off or we were going over the bridge. we were supposed to go to astoria but he managed to take us to uptown manhattan we got stuck in traffic and when we finally made it to the restaurant we were fighting and i didnt even want to eat good thing because they didnt honor the reservations because we were late. he then thought he would cheer me up by giving me my present it was a victorias secret teddy like 3 sizes too big and he was proud because he got the size by discribing me after i calmed down it was like 10 pm so we got take out from the local pizza place and needless to say he takes me to a restaurant that he knows how to get to,never buys me lingerie without looking at the size of what i have already

Our first date wasnt too much fun. He brought me to a very fancy steak house in Jersey that I wasnt really dressed for...it was a much older crowd and we had to stand and wait 2 hours for a table. I felt so uncomfortable and I finally told him and so we left. We went to a local diner for a burger instead which actually turned out sooo much nicer!
Then on our first Valentines day together, he brought me to an italian rest. in brooklyn that was so crowded once again. We sat on top of other people and someone put gum on their seat and of course it was stuck all over my pants. We had only been together for a couple of weeks so I was very embarrassed and when I tried to get up...the whole thing stretched and I swear everyone saw. It was awful!

Our first date was pretty bad. I'll admit it, I was a rebound girlfriend and he spent the entire time (we went out to lunch) talking about his ex. Even though he was only saying bad things, I was naturally peeved. He eventually noticed that I was getting pretty bothered and changed the subject, but I considered not dating him any more. I'm glad that I changed my mind! Now I'm the person he can't stop talking about, except this time, he says only good things

OMG!!! I would've been sooooooooooooooo mad at my DH for the gift thing! But it is a funny story

Hmmm I'd have to say a double date with another couple a few weeks ago...She got very drunk, started crying, telling me how she is getting old and is divorced and wants children...Her boyfriend, DH's friend, while playing a violent video game, proceeds to break our dining room chair he was sitting in...Then starts laughing. She starts yelling at him, telling him to apologize, and he starts screaming at her, 'Shut your mouth b!tch, shut your mouth!' She starts crying, asking him for her keys because she was leaving...They ended up staying for another hour or so, but it was very silent and ackward..!

It would probably have to be the night he was supposed to stay at my apartment for the very first time. We went out to the bar that I was working for, which, of course, meant free drinks. He had a few too many vodkas and pineapple juices (he NEVER drinks) and ended up passing out the moment we walked through my door. So much for the romantic evening I had planned.

The Valentine's Day after we were engaged (we got engaged on Feb 10th).
We got into a HUUUUUUGE fight (at the movie theater no less) and I was _this close_ to giving the ring back when we got home. It was terrible But, it's all water under the bridge now!

It wasn't really a date, but once while driving up to stay with friends in the Poconos for the weekend, we were the definition of Murphy's Law.
I'm just thankful that we didn't get a flat tire on top of everything else.

My FI loves to joke around...but I didn't really know that he was joking around on our second date. We went to Chillis and we chowed down..appetizers, dinner, dessert. So after we were finished he was like ok I am going to go to the bathroom and stick my finger down my throat and he gets up and goes to the bathroom. I was like OMG...what am I going to do!! He was just kidding but I can't believe he said that on the second date!
I still ask him what he hell were you thinking saying that????

I don't know if it was a date per say but he pestered me into going away with his family for a weekend (specifically his mother, brother and SIL). We weren't married at the time but we were engaged. It was a nightmare from beginning to end; we 'shared' a room with MIL, brother/SIL did nothing but fought the entire weekend, I got into a wicked fight with MIL in the middle of Kings Dominion, then DH, brother and SIL got into a wicked fight later on where there was punching going on. We hastily left (I wasn't speaking to anyone at that point because even though MIL started the drama, I was getting blamed) and was making my own arrangements outta there (calling the airport, etc.). As I'm tossing my crap into the car at DH's insistence; brother and SIL were having a humungo blowout in the parking lot where he was screaming 'B!tch!!' as he fired his wedding ring at her. After the smoke cleared, MIL/SIL got it in their heads that all the tension was because I was there and DH and I split up for six months because Mommy/SIL didn't like me (never did, never will). I absolutely hated his family....it's taken a very long time to get to an amicable situation.
