What will be the age cut off for children at your wedding?

We are not having kids! We want to have FH cousin be the ring bearer in the ceremony, but not at the reception do you think this is possible w/out sounding rude?

only the kids that are in the BP are invited.

!8 is the cut off for kids (may change to 21

noone is invited w/ a guest unless they are:

- Married
- Engaged
- Living together

our space is limited so we came up with this guide line

This sounds about right for me too.

We are not having any children.. The only kids that will be at our wedding is the flowergirl/ringbearer. My FH and I agree upon this issue 100%.. We want our guests to relax and have fun... We also don't want chidlren running around the place, sorry but i can't have that..., but there will be absolutley no children...

We aren't having one. There are only a handful of children in our families so there is no real 'benefit' in excluding them.

We're inviting all immediate relatives children..(mainly mine & FI's 1st cousins.)The youngests are in the bridal party anyway.. I think the youngest will be 9 or 10 so we really won't have any little ones there anyway. Unless someone has a baby soon haha

I cant imagine having a wedding without the wonderful children in my life being present. I know this is just a matter of opinion but to me a wedding is a place for children. Its a celebration! We are not excluding based on age. The truth is I'd rather have some kids there then certain adults I know!

i think we are because some of out guests are from out of the country.. so we cant say leave the littles one home in my family there are about 6 little ones, little i mean under 8

The more the merrier...not that i can afford it but I can't leave them out. there will be 8 kids between the ages of 5-17.

we are not inviting children. I have nothing against having children at a wedding, but we are tight in terms of space so inviting everyones kids would mean cutting adults I really want there.

Plus we don't really have any small children in our immediately family (except one baby) so hopefully it won't be a problem.
