If you pay these can you tell me what the average price would be and do you pay them every month?? Im looking at a 2,188 mortgage. How will I know if I can afford it. Dont they say your mortgage payment should only be a certain percent of your take home etc?

Gas: winter - $250 less in summer Electric - $150 Water - cheap, maybe $30 for every three months Internet / Cable Phone - $118 for triple play Trash - included in taxes Taxes - $$$$$ find out what the taxes are for houses you are looking at! Insurance - $800 / year (you have to pay for a year upfront when you buy) and flood insurance can be $1000/year if you need it.
