For some of us it is the hall we chose, some it is our dress and seeing FH face. What do you think will make your day special>
I'll start..
For me it is the walk down the ailse with my father b4 he gives me away to FH. Also our first dance as husband and wife and the dance with our daughter. (she's 3) We will be offically a family in every meaning of the word.

My mother not b*tching about everything beforehand and cutting me some slack. It's sad to say, but that's the thing I'm most worried about - that she's going to start some crap with me and start getting controlling or nasty and ruin my day for me.

I dream & think about my wedding almost constanly & its a year away.
What will make that day even more special is seeing mt FH face. full of love and wonderment as i walk to him.
We are writing our own vows, I wont know what he is going to say until that moment.

I know I'll be all flustered during the ring exchange, we purposely skipped that at the civil ceremony.
What will make my day.. seeing my Dad see me for the first time.

Hmm ... hadn't even thought about that. I used to have such a nervous thing, that I would literally make myself sick when I ahd to have dinner with anyone.
I'm hoping I will be able to keep myself cool.
And actually my biggest hope is to NOT have a migraine!!! (And for my contacts not to bother me).

There are so many things I am excited about!! Seeing the look on FH's face when I walk down the aisle (I have been thinking about this since childhood)!!! I also have a lot of nice tributes in the works dedicated to mother's memory. I think she will truly be with me that day!!
ETA: I can't wait to dance with my daddy.

Too many things... 1. Looking at my mom and grandparents when i walk down the aisle.
2. Picturing my dads face when we are in the car on the way to the church and when he gets introduced at the reception.
3. Looking at my Fh face when we say our vows (hopefully i won't throw-up)
4. Dancing the day away!

The first thing will be my daddy's reaction when he first sees me, and then the same with FH. Nothing else could ruin my day.

WOW I really had to think about this one...
I think for me it will be waking up on the day of my wedding, seeing all my girls around me, us laughing, getting ready, my dad smiling, my mom smiling, getting my make up done, feeling like I am getting ready for the ball.
Then the walk down the aisle. That slow walk with my dad giving me away to the 2nd man I love
Saying our vows and thinking that we are the only 2 in the world at that moment.
The walk down the aisle as husband and wife
Then the reception. Seeing all of our friends and family together for such a joyous celebration. Hearing the DJ saying stand up for the couple you came to see, making their first public appearance as the new mr and mrs XXXXX, Bride and Groom.....and everyone clapping and pictures being taken
Then our first dance. I know I am going to be so scared.
Just every little moment I know will really make our day.

Just finally being married. FH and I have a long history, and he is my first love, and.... well, that's a long story. But this wedding is basically 13 years in the making. Finally marrying him is the only thing I need. The rest is just wrapping paper for this wonderful gift!
